Vibrating hand, foot, and chest pads work in harmony with synchronized light and sound to create one of the most immersive multi-sensory experiences available. During this 90-minute session, we begin with a guided process to help you define a positive goal and set a clear intention for your journey. Using voice frequency analysis, we assess the vibrational signature of your spoken intention, allowing us to recommend a personalized sensory program designed to amplify those frequencies. Next, a guided breathing practice helps regulate your nervous system and prepare your body and mind for the experience ahead.
