SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Individual experience / Private room Experience deep levels of meditation with a rapid nervous system reset during a facilitator led optimization session on the Wavetable, a vibrating mineral water surface. Vibrating foot and chest pads combine with synchronized light and sound, provides the most immersive frequency therapy available. In this one hour session, we will first lead you through a positive goal & intention setting process. Next, a guided breathing exercise helps to regulate your nervous system and prepare you for the journey. Finally, using the breath and mindset as the guide, the sensory journey begins, launching you into an altered state where time drifts away and your consciousness takes over. During this time, frequencies and music are felt in every cell, allowing your body to recover and reset. We will do a brief decompression and integration to help understand the experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour notice (48 hour during holiday weekends) of cancellation or reschedule allows us to effectively allocate resources to best service our clients. A credit card or gift certificate guarantee is requested to book appointments. If you miss your scheduled appointment without a 24hr cancellation you will be charged accordingly. “No Shows” will result in the credit card being charged the full value of the appointment.
