Operation Reset

A multi-sensory resilience
program for veterans.

With the support of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, Reality Center runs a biofeedback program built for veterans and their families — for post-traumatic stress, military sexual trauma, and combat-related experience.

Sessions are peer-supported and run as a cohort, because the connection between people in the room turns out to matter as much as what happens on the table.

FormatA guided three-hour workshop: preparation and breathwork, the multi-sensory session, integration, then food with your cohort.
IncludedInTune, a voice-based meditation tool you keep using at home, and follow-up from experienced veteran and expert peers.

Fire Aid LA

For those affected by the
LA fires, our doors are open.

Los Angeles has been carrying a lot. For many families affected by the fires, the hardest part is what happens after. The stress. The anxiety. The sleepless nights.

At Reality Center, we believe healing starts by creating safety in the body. Complimentary light, sound and vibration sessions are open to individuals and families affected by the Palisades, Eaton, Altadena and Sandy fires.

WhoAnyone who lost a home, is displaced, is carrying significant hardship, or worked the fires as an emergency services worker.
FormatSingle, couple or group — up to four participants per group, up to three sessions.

Wolf Connection

For young people who
never got to feel safe.

Wolf Connection runs a ranch north of Los Angeles where foster and at-risk teens work alongside rescued wolfdogs — animals that were also failed by somebody. The kids learn to read an animal that will not pretend. The animal learns a person can be trusted. It works because neither side can fake it.

We take the same young people through sessions here. Different method, same target: teaching a body that has been braced for years that it is allowed to stand down. One approach uses an animal. Ours uses light, sound and vibration. Together they reach kids that neither would reach alone.

WhoFoster youth and at-risk teens referred through Wolf Connection’s existing programs.
FormatIntroduce foster youth to learning about our 13 key program and web platform intune.
